  1. Set aside 45 minutes to discuss your career history and goals with a MAPS career consultant.
  2. Have your resume completed and ready.
  3. Have your references ready to go. Include one or two supervisors, one client, and possibly one direct report.
      

Employer

  1. Request from MAPS the Employer’s Fee and Guarantee Contract for your review and signature.
  2. Visit with a MAPS career consultant for 30-45 minutes to discuss your company’s culture and hiring goals.
  3. Together with your MAPS career consultant, set a timeline of success to have candidates presented and to discuss the hiring process.
